Format:
Put some sizzle into your spring and head to St. Joseph May 4-5 for this inaugural spring event! This event is open to the following divisions:
8U OPEN
10U B
10U C
12U B
12U C
14U B
14U C
Pool play begins on Saturday, May 4 with a three-game guarantee moving on to single elimination bracket play on Sunday. Be prepared to play on Friday evening should the schedule warrant.
Entry Fee: $350 per team/$270 for 8U (Payment is accepted by either cash, check or credit card). If paid by credit card, please use the link on this page. If by check, please mail to the below address:

Gate Fee: $5 per person, per day, children 6 & under will be admitted free
Rules of Play:
“C” State rules are used for play with modification. Teams will bat line up. Age eligibility will be determined in accordance with current USA Softball regulations. All teams will receive one new ball for tournament play.
Dugout Contest:
A “sizzle themed” dugout/uniform contest will be held for teams wishing to participate. The contest will be held on Saturday of the event.
About Heritage Park:
Heritage Park is a five-field softball complex located adjacent to the Missouri River in St. Joseph and was named the 2009 National Amateur Softball Association Complex of the Year. It has hosted ten national tournaments, several regional and state tournaments along with the NCAA Softball National Championship in 2011.
Awards:
Awards in all division are based solely off bracket play results, not pool play.
Rainout Policy:
If 75% of games are played, there will be no refunds. Any refunds will be issued based on the number of games a team played. If no games are played, a $50 administration fee will be withheld from the refund.
No refunds will be allowed for teams who forfeit games or drop out once a division is full and schedule has been made.
