THE 2025 ST. JOSEPH AREA SPORTS HALL OF FAME INDUCTION CEREMONY IS PROUDLY PRESENTED BY:
The fourth annual enshrinement ceremony for the St. Joseph Area Sports Hall of Fame Class will be held on Sunday, August 24, 2025 at Stoney Creek Hotel & Conference Center located at 1201 North Woodbine Road. The ceremony is held in memory and honor of Mr. Frank O’Malley.
Doors to the event open at 4 PM with social hour presented by Ellison-Auxier Architects, with the ceremony beginning at 5 PM. A limited number of tickets will be available beginning in late June!

The 2025 class includes:
- Bob Boyles – Seven Time AAU Powerlifting Champion/Personal Trainer
- Rob Calloway – Local Boxing Legend
- Mike Habermehl – PGA Club Professional/Instructor/MWSU Golf Coach
- Elijah Lee – Kansas State Football/National Football League
- Chris Miljavac – Men’s Fastpitch Softball Star
- Bob Orf – Radio Broadcasting Personality/Voice of Missouri Western Athletics
- Justin Thornton – Multisport Central High School Star/University of Kansas Football
- Adam Selkirk – Three-time Missouri State High School Tennis Champion
- Don Tabor – Bishop LeBlond/Benton High School Football Coaching Legend
- 1977 Bishop LeBlond Boys Basketball State Champions
- Chris Ringot – Special Olympics Area Athlete of the Year
Additionally in conjunction with the induction ceremony, we’ll also recognize the third Bill Snyder Woman of Impact Award winner presented by Commerce Bank. This year’s recipient will be announced in late July.
